This “LOIMEX” –Spain make  measuring and uncoiling machines type D30 are built using European Security Normative CE. These machines  are used when cables,conductors, etc. have to be uncoiled from original coils, reels on jacks orrells in racks and to be measured at the same time. The complete working process is carried out from one power source.

Range of application:

With the measuring and uncoiling machines type D30 you can; ( depends on model type ) make coils of cable with a maximum of 200 kg weight and using cable diameter between 1 to 40 mm.

Construction:

Very Sturdy Base frame, longitudinal and side supports made of steel, moveable with four castors with double stop. Protection jail for electrical versions.

Removable Coiling device:

Coiling device in vertical configuration on base frame, shaft running in two friction bearings. Variable winding core 350 / 420 mm mm Ø, adjustable coiling width 90 / 120 / 150 / 200 mm, coil outer diameter 800 mm. Front locking cross with clamping lock.

Cable measurers:

Steel housing, measuring wheel with 1 meter circumference, measuring wheel axle mounted in ball bearings.
Counting mechanism with continuous indication of the meter and centimeters in 7mm white numerals, on black background. Measuring capacity for 9,999.99 meters,subdivided into cm by means of white figures. Lever for resetting to zero.

Drive
D30:
Motor drive with reduction gear of 1 HP, with an electronic frequency converter and manual power meter.
Speed from 0 to 80 rpm.

Combined reeling and coiling machines Type TR100,TR125, TR145, TR165

These combined reeling-coiling machines allow one single operator to rewind cable from the factory wound reels stored in reel racks or from reel-carrying hydraulic or mechanical jacks to empty reels, and also to make coils with an additional coiling attachment. Wires and sheathed or unsheathed cables of up to 100 mm india meter can be simultaneously measured and rewound according to the requirements of clients or to your own needs. Each machine is built according to the European Norm of Security for Machinery and is marked with the CE label.

Use
These machines, according to the version, can make coils fill reels from 500 to1,650 mm in diameter and with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg with nearly all type of cable up to 80 mm in diameter.

Construction
Consists of four main parts: Base frame, bridge, security cage and tiltable spool bearing system. Completely of steal to form a compact, very sturdy unit.

Installation of the reel
Between shafts, which have widths adjustable between 275-1300 mm, located on the machine arms on 1200:60 mm cones equipped with ball bearings. Pull system in right arm with bolt adjustable in its distance from the pull hole of the real.The mechanical shaft adjustment can be hydraulic when the drive system of the machine is as well hydraulic.

Lifting of the reel/coiling attachment
Mechanically by means of threaded spindle at the rear of the machine or hydraulically when hydraulic drive of the machine is requested, both cause the reel bearing arms to tilt.

Drive
All types of drives available: Electrical or hydraulic reaching speeds of up to100 rpm. Speed reducing units with double chain transmission within the right arm of the pull system. Electrical connection with contact switch, heat relay and security relay with normative CE and UL ( PLe ). Safety keyer in distributor arm.

Cable distribution system
Traversal guides in the upper portion of the bridge: with needle bearing tray for meter mounting. Two arms to the tray make it possible to shift the meter laterally to obtain a perfect distribution of the cable on the reel or the additional coiling attachment.

Recoiling device type R41H

Manual cable winding and measuring device type r41h, brand loimex, to make and measure coils of cable wire with a maximum weight of 150 kg.

Sturdy frame for stationary mounting, with heavy base plate and transport rollers. Coiling shaft mounted in double ball bearings.

Coiler RD30H type, with a 800 mm exterior diameter, a 350 or 420 mm hub and a useful interior width of 200 mm, comprising a front and rear crosspiece with four blades and a hub with four sectors.

The rear crosspiece is fixed to the axle of the machine, with the hub and front crosspiece being articulated for the quick extraction of the cable, due to the decrease of the hub and the front blades being completely disassembled.

The openings between the sectors of the huband the blades on both crosspieces are very wide, so that the operator can passhis/her hands through and fasten the coil without any difficulty.

One of the blades which form part of the front crosspiece has an easy-to-handle system mounted on it for fixing the beginning of the cable in order to allow the winding process to begin.

It is powered  by a 0. 75 kw (1 CV ) electrical motor and an appropriate gearbox to allow  heavy duty operations to be carried out in special conditions. The most  appropriate speed for each phase of the operation can be selected using the  manual potentiometer of the electronic speed adjuster. These speeds are  pre-set in the manufacturing stage at between 15 and 100 rpm. With a gentle  and progressive start up from 0 rpm. Other speed ranges may be set for the  machine on request. Connection to the adjuster is via 220 v or by request  110v.

For flexible cables and cords from 1 to 16 mm ø. Maximum capacity of unwinding and winding are 30 and 15 kg respectively.

Base frame
Very sturdy steel base frame of 1,060x250 which comprises a cable measurer device m20, and an unwinding device a20 and the winding device r20.

Cable measurer m20
Steel housing, light metal measuring wheel circumference of 1,000 mm, with ball bearings.
Passage guide with conic inlet for tangential passage of material to be measured.
Pressure roller with double spring traction, made of steel covered with hard rubber ( on type m20/s with special steel ) and bearings with protective cover,actuated by a lever through a rack and pinion mechanism.
Counting mechanism with continuous indication of the meter and centimeters in 7mm. White numerals, on black background.

Unwinding device a20
Support plate 500 mm ø. Cone 60:200 mm ø, 350 mm high, with removable locking plate. Base plate with 4 fixing holes with support base.

Winding device r20
Bearing block with wooden cone of 60:200 mm ø and 350 mm high, with four grooves for binding the cable coil. Front locking cross can be easily removed.
Maximum capacity 15 kg.
