Electronic Torque Wrenches |
|
Summit Engineering Technology Private Limitedmanufactures high quality Electronic Torque Wrenches that can be used for the accurate application of load to a fastener assembly for finding strong joint integrity. The signal is displayed by the transducer to the required unit force. There are programmed limit values that permanently displayed during the tightening process by means of LEDs. These Torque Wrenches are used for precision tightening of nuts and bolts to preset values.

Pro Wrench Opta Pro Wrench Opta combines all the features of a high specification digital torque wrench and a data collection device in one package.
The Pro Wrench Opta is a powerful tool that can be used in both the quality audit and production control environments. It has been designed to audit the residual values of a pre-tightened joint, or to be used as a tool for low volume tightening or rectification applications.
Pro Wrench Opta allows full traceability. It can store torque and angle data, as well as information of who used the wrench, what work was done with it, and when it was carried out.
Pro Wrench Opta is future proof. Software features can be individually specified to give a configuration most suited to the user's requirements. As needs change, the wrench can be upgraded with additional software functionality. By “flashing”? The software, changes can be implemented almost as soon as they are needed.
The digital wrench can be specified either as "torque" only or as "torque & angle", and offers various modes of measurement from simple torque tracking through to measuring the yield point.
Upper and lower limits can be set to enable indication of hi, ok or lo fastener status. Both audible and visual alarms alert the user if a measurement doesn't fall within the set limits.
Key Features:
Peak or track torque display with angle option Point of load insensitive more Tailored to your requirements from simple wrench to comprehensive audit tool Communicates with your pc system Real time visual representation of torque or angle with bar graph Wide range of interchangeable attachments

Torque Wrenches UTA/IS Torque Wrenches, Summit Engineering Technology Private Limited proven reliability in the workplace.
UTA/IS Torque Wrenches measure the torque applied directly to the fastener during the assembly operation or over check inspection, communicating the data to a suitable indicator for immediate verification and subsequent data collection.
The transducer element of the wrench is directly in line with the drive, thus making the wrench measurement completely independent of the point of load. This means that the operator can be assured of a correct measurement however the wrench is held and torque applied - particularly useful in limited access situations.
UTA Wrenches form a key part of the crane uta torque system, enabling plug and play operation with crane readout devices. On board intelligence means the uta wrench is automatically recognised by the crane readout device, eliminating set-up errors and enabling logging of serial number against measurements for complete traceability. An industry standard (is) version is also available, without auto id, where a user needs the features of the crane wrench but already has a readout device from another manufacturer.
Key Features: Measures torque applied during fastening operation or over check inspection Point of load independent Plug and play with crane display systems (auto id) Rugged construction

Digital Torque Wrench-DTW DTW is simple to use, point of load independent, transistorised torque wrench with an integrated digital display.
DTW features two measurement modes for displaying either peak or real time torque. Upper and lower limits can be set in peak mode enabling an audible signal and an led to indicate hi, ok or lo fastener status.
The transducer element of the dtw is directly in line with the wrench drive, thus making the dtw's measurement completely independent of the point of load. This means the operator can be assured of correct measurement however the wrench is held and torque applied. The drive head of the dtw can also be rotated through +/- 135° in 45° increments to aid accessibility. Up to 100 data and time stamped readings are stored and can be downloaded to a printer or pc for archiving or further processing of data.
The dtw's subrange of lower torque wrenches feature a display a separate housing, connected to the wrench by a curly cable, supplied with a neckstrap.
Key Features:
Peak or track torque measurement on integrated display Point of load insensitive Hi/ok/lo audible and visual status indicators 100 date and time stamped reading memory Swivelling head to aid accessibility
